Training focus: NLP (Neuro-Linguistic programming)

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic programming) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s. NLP principles have developed over the years and today provide many simple powerful methods for changing the way you think, feel and behave.

Today, NLP is widely used in business to improve man-management, sales, achievement of results, positive performance, inter-personal skills, develop rapport, confidence, focus and aid goal setting and realisation of those goals. In addition it can be utilised to aid the overcoming of anxieties, negative reactions, phobias and unwanted behaviour.
